Ponmo (Kanda) is one of our product for the specialty market and all lovers of West African foods. We actually do end to end food value chain for this product; starting with careful collection of the raw materials (cow hides), from approved government abattoirs and applying our in house – refined West African technique, to produce.


These are most spent layers composted in Canada, which means that some find there way into the landfills. So our upcyling spent layers do not only provide the highly needed hard chicken meat for specialty market but also reduce greenhouse gases from landfills.


We process goat from our farm and from other Canadian farms into the unique style of goat meat used for African/Caribbean foods. All lovers of African/Caribbean foods cooked with goat meat can easily get from us.
